March 29th - 31st, Friday through Sunday, Noon-6pm.Every spring and fall, the Minnesota BATC and the Parade of Homes put together a showcase of remodeling projects, and we've been participating for over 20 years.If you're thinking of coming out to the remodelers showcase any year, but in particular, the 2019 remodelers showcase, we'd love to have you check out our two projects in both Minnetonka and Eagan.

I'm Shawn, the President of New Spaces and if you're thinking of going out to the Remodelers Showcase, I hope you stop by one of our projects. We've been doing this for 30 years. We do about 40 projects a year and we're really proud to show off our work. We've been in the Remodelers Showcase for over two decades now.My name is Kate. My husband and I and four daughters, we chose New Spaces to do our main level remodel. When we bought our house, the biggest drawback and my husband pointing out was our kitchen, and our kitchen was very small. Six adults getting through our kitchen was not working any more. We were running into each other, and it was time.What I liked about what New Spaces did is they offered us a couple different options in terms of layout design, and if I had not seen those options, I'm not sure I would have even thought of doing that, so for them laying out three different options for us was really nice.On the construction side of things, they were very clear with me that it was going to take 12 weeks. They were right on target, so I felt they were very timely and very honest and transparent. That's what I appreciated about them.One of the things that I really liked was the farmhouse sink that I have. I'm really happy with all the drawers and the designer, Sharon; she worked with whether we wanted pull-outs, drawers, or cupboards, what that would look like.Another piece of the design was the fake-looking chimney with the brick. I really was excited how that all turned out. Another one is the hood over our stove and oven. That is something that I had a picture of that they were willing to create for me, so that was exciting.If you are interested in looking to do a remodel, I would encourage you to reach out to New Spaces.
