These famous main-level renovations were a huge hit in 2020 and will close out the VIRTUAL Happy Hour Home Tour Series for 2020. These Two-story homes feature two completely different design styles, architectural details & design directions. The first project tour creates a stunning first impression with an entirely redone staircase. Favorite features are the custom wire-brushed hickory floors and new gourmet kitchen featuring dual islands, exquisite quartz countertops and exceptional lighting package. From top to bottom, this one was a showstopper! The Second Project Tour showcases our 2020 Artisan Tour Home - a rare opportunity to incorporate contemporary design into a suburban home. Built in 2000, this Lakeville residence was once filled with honey oak, but has been transformed into a magazine worthy contemporary oasis for its homeowners. This home features the following: Kitchen-Main Level/Hearth Room/Laundry Room/Powder Room/Railing System/Main Hallway Bathroom/Unfinished Lower Level – completed with warm, modern features and a full bar, lounge, billiards area, guest room and guest bath.
