Keith and Lisa live in a beautiful two story home which they built in 2000 which they share with their 15 year old twin daughters and their pet cat. They love their home and neighborhood, but were ready to update the kitchen area of their home to make it work better for the way that they live.
They came to New Spaces looking for more open space for their family. Keith also loves to cook, so a kitchen that was cook-friendly was a must. They also needed to refresh their bathroom to make it more relaxing.
Ample space and abundant lighting were key in this redesign. The new kitchen is outfitted with plenty of counter space that the family can use for cooking, preparing coffee, homework and more. The gourmet appliances, under-cabinet lighting and open space allows Keith plenty of room to cook. The unique diamond-shaped island gives guests a place to congregate and converse.
The walk-in pantry provides plenty of storage for this family of four – with pull-out storage for cat food. The rustic barn door over the pantry adds a touch of farmland charm.
The new kitchen is airy, bright and a comfortable place to gather for family and guests alike.
This bath was transformed into a relaxing oasis for Keith and Lisa. The sink area is perfect for getting ready – decorative sconce lighting surrounds the large mirror overlooking cabinets with abundant storage. The light blue walls contrast with decorative white wall tile and a cool black floor to create a calming aura. The large, lush tub is perfect for a tranquil soak, while the shower with built-in storage is ideal for everyday use. The overall effect is a spacious and stunning bath.
