Medina Kitchen Remodel

Medina, MN

2018 Medina Kitchen

Western part of cities, Lara and Shaun and their 4 kids purchased this home in a private Medina setting. The home is wonderful for their family but the kitchen was quite dysfunctional and they felt the space was not used well. We met right after they moved in so we could help them with a complete re-design around their family’s needs. Tearing out soffits and building into a mudroom closet allowed us to work around the restrictive angles in the kitchen. We removed an oddly shaped island and replaced it with custom designed cabinetry and table style seating for their 4 young children.

Our clients love to cook and eat most of their meals as a family at home, so this kitchen needed to work for them. We added personal touches with blue subway tile and accent decos behind the 36” wide range. An oversized fridge, a large farmhouse sink and care free quartz countertops make this kitchen truly the core of their home.
