Kitchen & Bathroom Remodel

Lakeville, MN

A Complete Kitchen Turnaround

This kitchen was closed off and full of wasted space. Though it was large, there wasn’t enough storage and the bay window posed a floor plan challenge. Three walls were removed to open up the main level and a large island grounds the whole space. Hand scraped Hickory flooring was chosen to bring more warmth and a little depth into the space. Maple cabinetry and quartz countertops are finished off by a bright tile backsplash.

A Serene and Calming Bathroom

In the bathroom, spa-like serenity takes over. A calming greige tile is contrasted with dark Maple cabinetry and a wild pop of teal in the master shower. The space boasts a slightly modern feel that is accented by a backlit vanity mirror and slab cabinet doors. Storage was worked into each nook and cranny of this bathroom to maximize the use of space. An old, cluttered linen closet was replaced with new cabinetry and now offers a dressing area with space for jewelry.
